Free Feeding Service

• We will prepare fresh, tinned, raw and kibble food if no one is at home when returning a dog.

Free Light Grooming 

• We will clean up the dog before returning. We use professional grade grooming products. We do supply the free waterproof terrain suits. Available in different sizes for dogs.

Free Teeth Cleaning 

• We offer free teeth cleaning services using an enzymatic veterinarian grade toothpaste. All the dogs have their own coloured toothbrush. Available for dogs we walk three times a week.

Free Pet App 

• We provide a free pet app which is individually tailored for you. You can follow us live on the walks. The app itself records all the services we provide. You also receive live notifications with key access.

Free Pawfit 3 Trackers 

• The dogs wear their own coloured Pawfit 3 trackers using the premium subscription service.

Free Birthday Walk

• We offer a free birthday walk to celebrate their big day.

We understand it can be difficult choosing a dog walker. We do follow the NarpsUk code of practice, achieving our own training and using the necessary documentation within.

We are fully insured with public liability insurance and DBS checks and clean driving licences.

What are the top questions or concerns potential customers have before choosing a dog walker?

• Temporary ad-hoc bookings?

We have focused on regular weekly customers. So unfortunately we don't offer to ad-hoc bookings.

• Just single dog walks?

For dogs which require one-on-one walks only, we unfortunately don't offer this type of walking service.

• Do I need to be home when you come to pick up my dog?

No, we are fully insured with handling keys. With home access, you receive live notifications. For additional reassurance whilst your beloved pet is in our care.

• How many dogs do you walk at any one time?

Group dog walking is a fantastic way to socialise your dog and build their confidence and they gain greatly from this social aspect of their walks. We walk together and sometimes we do go up to 5 dogs maximum. We use Protectivity insurance including public liability insurance of £1,000,000.00.

• How long are dog walks?

All our walks are for a minimum of 1 hour long, plus please do add on an hour either side for pick up and drop home. These times may vary on the day depending on the dogs locations, traffic or weather.

• Do you take bitches in season?

 We only accept dogs which have been neutered.

• Unneutered dog?

We only accept dogs which have neutered. We do accept male dogs taking the hormone implants.

• Fully vaccinated?

We only accept dogs which are fully vaccinated on a yearly basis. This includes fleas, ticks and worming treatments.

• Live GPS tracking?

You are welcome to follow us live on the walks. Live notification is sent directly to you by email and text.

• Where will my dog me walked?

We only walk around the forestry commission areas. We do change the locations and walk together for additional support and with extra security.

• What safety measures do you have?

We are experienced and received the full training in dog handling and canine first aid. All the dogs wear the Pawfit 3 trackers and we are a couple dog walking services.

• Extreme hot weather?

 For all the dogs in our care we do offer earlier group walks from 07.00am and again at 09.30am. For the welfare of the dogs during the extreme heat warnings.

• What happens in an emergency?

In an emergency situation we will call you immediately to discuss the event. If we can’t get hold of you and urgent veterinary attention is required. We will take your dog to your nominated veterinary surgery.

• Do your services cater for all dog breeds?

• We take each pet on its own merit and not on the reputation of particular breeds. We meet all dogs before we walk them and each new dog is subject to a trial period. 

• Off the lead?

A new dog entering will automatically be walked on a long line. Assessment by ourselves concerning the dogs own recall will be made. Dogs we walk off lead have their own consent form signed.

• My dog isn't suitable to be off lead?

Don't worry, we provide free harnesses and Flexi leads. Suitable for the dog to explore in safety. We walk together for additional support. 

• My dog elderly?

Within the walking service, we walk dogs from 1 to 13 years. We do walk dogs which are deaf or blind. Still happy within the walks and socialising together with their own four legged friends. We do adjust the walking pace to give all the dogs the time they deserve. 

• What transportation do you use?

We decided not to use vans. For safety, we supply free crash-tested harnesses and transport a maximum of 5 dogs. We take into consideration the weight and size of the dogs. Fully air conditioned hybrid vehicles with complete comfort for everyone.

• Muddy dog?

We return the dogs cleaned up. We do supply free waterproof terrain suits in different sizes to help with this situation. 

• Cancellation charges?

We don't charge you for cancellations. We understand things can change at short notice. We will offer you an alternative time slot or on a different day if possible.

• Additional services?

Once the group dog walks have finished, we offer additional services on request. We are open from 07.00am to 19.00pm, Monday to Sunday.

• Loyalty Rates?

We have always introduced discount rates for our customers. This also includes the fixed hourly day rate. Exclusively for everyone which is individually taloried depending on your own requirements for that day.

• Free services?

We offer you the free services within the group dog walks. This includes a feeding service, teeth cleaning and even a free birthday walk.

• Holidays?

We are only closed during the Christmas Holidays.

• How do we get started?

We will arrange with you a free meet and greet. Meeting you and your beloved pet in the comfort of your own home. We will show you our training credentials, the insurance documentation and the vehicle.
