At How4you Canine, we believe every walk should be an adventure, but safety is our absolute priority. We have recently expanded our regular routes into Hailsham to support one of our wonderful long-term clients who has recently relocated to the area.
Because we have moved into this new territory, it has opened up a rare opportunity for a local dog to join our specialised Hailsham pack.

Walking in Medieval Footsteps
Abbot’s Wood is steeped in history, featuring the Abbot’s Amble trail which passes a lake originally dug in the 13th century. While beautiful, these historic routes present unique challenges:
GPS Tracked Security: For total peace of mind, every dog wears a live GPS tracker on their harness. Even though we stay on-lead, this provides an essential layer of "Total Safety" for our clients.
Algae & Water Safety: During warmer months, standing water like the medieval lake can be prone to Blue-Green Algae, which is toxic to dogs. By keeping our dogs on-lead, we ensure they never have the chance to drink from or swim in potentially contaminated water.
Deep Water & Horses: The lake has steep banks, and the forest is a popular spot for horse riders. Our "Lead-On" policy ensures 100% control and safety for everyone on the trail.
8m Freedom Leads: We use 8m Flexi Giant Neon Tape leads. This gives your dog 26ft of freedom to explore while remaining highly visible and secure. We do supply the harnesses for safety.

Due to our recent expansion into the Hailsham area, we are looking for one social, confident dog to join our Tuesday and Thursday afternoon group.
The Pack: Your dog will be joining two friendly, local Cockapoos.
The Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays.
The Area: Collections available in Hailsham, Polegate, Stone Cross, Langney and Sovereign Harbour.
